Our Frutti di Bosco Cake combines layers of light vanilla sponge with two layers of smooth vanilla custard cream, finished with a colourful topping of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and a dusting of icing sugar. Sweet, fresh, and beautifully balanced, it's a perfect choice for birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions.
Each cake is 3" high and features vanilla sponge with two layers of vanilla custard cream. Finished with an assortment of fresh berries, your custom message will be written on the cake board to preserve the beautiful fruit topping.
This cake is nut-free and alcohol-free.

Have bought this cake for several occasions. Always a big hit and guests always ask where we got it !
Cake and presentation was great. However, this isn't what I was looking for. My wife loves the Frutti di Bosco cake, but the "traditional" one is actually imported form Italy and sold by the slice. They are very different in taste and density.
Overall, this was a tasty cake. The only think that would make it perfect is if the cake was soaked a bit as it was a bit dry
