Our Pistachio & Limoncello Cream Cake brings together two beloved Italian flavours in one elegant dessert. Layers of soft sponge cake are filled with rich pistachio custard cream and bright, citrusy lemon custard cream, creating a perfect balance of nutty sweetness and refreshing lemon flavour. Finished with a delicate apricot glaze, this cake is a unique and memorable choice for birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions.
This cake is 3" high. The 6"–12" sizes are round, and the slab sizes are rectangular. It contains one layer of pistachio custard cream and one layer of lemon custard cream, and is topped with apricot glaze.

This delicate cake is sure to please! Light and not overly sweet, the combo of limoncello and pistacchio Is perfect. Nice for warmer seasons.... And it looks stunning. We loved it and would recommend!
We ordered this cake for my son's baptism. We wanted a change from the already amazing sfoglia that we order from the bakery. It was such a hit! It was light and fluffy. The creams were sweet and tasty but not overbearing. The presentation of the cake was also beautiful! The apricot glaze with the dried apricots on top were a crowd pleaser, not only in presentation but in taste. I would definitely order this cake again. Tre Mari never disappoints with their cakes and pastries!
